Mike and his team are supplying us with what is, quite simply, some of the finest meat I've ever tasted. Topside of beef and loin of pork for Sunday Lunch come from rare breeds such as Tamworth pigs and Belted Galloway Cattle. Our pies and burgers are made by ourselves using his top quality mince and steak.

Claire and her staff stock many fine cheeses and we try to use as many local ones as possible. Ranging from the famous Stilton to less well known cheeses such as Sage Derby and Bertelin Smoked. We also use "celebrity" cheeses such as those made by Sean Wilson AKA Martin Platt from Corrie.
Holdsworth's are based in Tideswell. This means that even our staples come only a short way and help the environment by minimising food miles.
